Great and brilliant position in the vibrant area, short walk to most main attractions in Madrid, the plaza and Palacio Real. Again, walking distance to a huge plaza.

The venue was in a very central location so close to subway station "callao " and "gran, plaza mayor, and all the stores and sights. Centro district was definitely worth visiting.

We had functional and new-fashioned room with smoke detectors. The accommodation had a very central location in the center of the city.

The hotel was set in a very central area right by Prado museum, Palacio Real, Opera Theatre, Puerta del Sol, subway/train and a shopping street opposite H & M and Zara. Kind employees helped us a lot.  

thank you for a pleasant stay. this place is great value and the stuff are very amiable. the queen room is air-conditioned and great-sized. an attached restaurant serves good food.

greatly enjoyed my excellent stay on a business trip. i was upgraded to modern and functional guest room in good condition. central heating, a safe box and multi-channel tv were a nice touch. the location close to city centre was marvellous. there

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with good beds & big bath towels, a laptop plus free WIFI connection, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was particularly nice, with lots of goodies. Location: the hotel was short walk to Gran 

Modern and pleasant place with very good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Fast check-in and fast check-out, parking nearby. No charge for concierge service and wake up service too.

A little small room.

Greatly enjoyed the perfect location almost right in the center of it all. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. The room was reasonably large and recently refurbished with big bath towels as well as good beds.

We stayed at a hotel in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city center. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. They went

The hotel was very noisy.....my room was located next to the elevator...the Walls are not sound proof...you can hear the next room when they use the blow dryer...not comfortable at all...the counter of my room was all broken and taped around....I Was not happy with the service of the staff....i asked them to change room and complained about my bad experience...they just said they were sorry....but that is very poor customer service. I stayed at Gran via for 7 nights...i was on business trip....I Would never stay there AGAIN....paying 700 euros was definitely not worth it.! t"here is also a mistake at the end of this survey..i stayed for 7 nights and not 5 nights. One more detail that shows how much High TEch hotel pays attention.
