Great and brilliant position in the vibrant area, short walk to most main attractions in Madrid, the plaza and Palacio Real. Again, walking distance to a huge plaza.

The venue was in a very central location so close to subway station "callao " and "gran, plaza mayor, and all the stores and sights. Centro district was definitely worth visiting.

I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with nice food. The hotel was placed in the very central location right in the center of Madrid. Moreover, it was so close to the hill towards all...  

We had functional and new-fashioned room with smoke detectors. The accommodation had a very central location in the center of the city.

The hotel was set in a very central area right by Prado museum, Palacio Real, Opera Theatre, Puerta del Sol, subway/train and a shopping street opposite H & M and Zara. Kind employees helped us a lot. ...  

thank you for a pleasant stay. this place is great value and the stuff are very amiable. the queen room is air-conditioned and great-sized. an attached restaurant serves good food.

The hotel was reasonably priced with very amiable staff members and an Irish bar. The rooms with a double bed. Best possible location not too far from a large urban plaza. Good food at the attached restaurant....  

The room was cleaned breakfast only bread and available with good beds & big bath towels. The hotel was situated in the very central location right in the center of the nightlife.

greatly enjoyed my excellent stay on a business trip. i was upgraded to modern and functional guest room in good condition. central heating, a safe box and multi-channel tv were a nice touch. the location close to city centre was marvellous. there was a great restaurant at walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was truly exceptional, the room was functional, the beds were great. My room included climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Street view here was absolutely stunning. Central location close enough to the biggest shopping districts and a flamenco bar / restaurant and all the historical attractions here, it was in a very vibrant area. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with good beds & big bath towels, a laptop plus free WIFI connection, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was particularly nice, with lots of goodies. Location: the hotel was short walk to Gran Via and subway station "callao " and "gran via ". The service offered was nice! The atmosphere created was quiet.

Modern and pleasant place with very good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Fast check-in and fast check-out, parking nearby. No charge for concierge service and wake up service too.

Greatly enjoyed the perfect location almost right in the center of it all. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. The room was reasonably large and recently refurbished with big bath towels as well as good beds.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

We stayed at a hotel in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city center. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The floorboards in our room were a bit squeaky, which meant we could hear our neighbors walking around at times.

Only the location

The hotel was very noisy.....my room was located next to the elevator...the Walls are not sound proof...you can hear the next room when they use the blow dryer...not comfortable at all...the counter of my room was all broken and taped around....I Was not happy with the service of the staff....i asked them to change room and complained about my bad experience...they just said they were sorry....but that is very poor customer service. I stayed at Gran via for 7 nights...i was on business trip....I Would never stay there AGAIN....paying 700 euros was definitely not worth it.! t"here is also a mistake at the end of this survey..i stayed for 7 nights and not 5 nights. One more detail that shows how much High TEch hotel pays attention.
